We help veterans access DVA-funded support services, including Household Services and Attendant Care, by coordinating local service providers and managing the practical delivery of approved support. These services may include gardening, cleaning, home maintenance, accessibility modifications, and assistance with daily living activities where required.
While DVA provides these programs, organising and coordinating services internationally can often be difficult. ADFV-OHS assists veterans by managing the practical delivery of approved services through trusted local providers.
Our aim is to ensure that eligible veterans living overseas can access the support they are entitled to through the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA), without unnecessary administrative burden.

Support Programs
ADFV-OHS assists veterans with two key Department of Veterans’ Affairs support programs.
Household Services - Support with maintaining the home environment when accepted service-related conditions prevent a veteran from completing domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, gardening, and general home maintenance.
Attendant Care - Personal
ADFV-OHS assists veterans with two key Department of Veterans’ Affairs support programs.
Household Services - Support with maintaining the home environment when accepted service-related conditions prevent a veteran from completing domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry, gardening, and general home maintenance.
Attendant Care - Personal daily living support for veterans whose service-related conditions affect their ability to manage tasks such as personal hygiene, mobility, dressing, and meal preparation.
