Australian Defence Force Veterans – Overseas Household Services (ADFV-OHS) is a veteran-founded business that helps eligible Australian veterans living overseas access DVA-funded household support services. We provide full assistance with claims, assessments, and service delivery — all at no cost to the veteran.
Veterans who have a DVA-accepted condition may be eligible. If you're unsure about your status, we can assist in checking your entitlement and help you lodge a new claim if needed.

We work with bilingual or English-speaking service providers wherever possible. ADFV-OHS manages contracts, payments, and performance so you don’t have to deal directly with local administration unless you want to.
No. ADFV-OHS pays approved providers directly and claims the cost from DVA. You don’t need to handle any transactions.
Thailand has one of the largest known populations of Australian veterans living overseas. We are starting with in-person engagement and service provider onboarding in Pattaya, Chiang Mai, and Hua Hin, with plans to expand based on demand and policy alignment.
Yes. While our first rollout is in Thailand, we’re open to working with eligible veterans in other overseas locations. If you’re based elsewhere, please contact us — we may be able to support you remotely or begin provider onboarding in your area.
Once we lodge your claim, we keep you updated through each step. We also coordinate with local providers and DVA to start services as soon as your claim is approved.
